HARLAN B. GINGOLD, graduated from Syracuse University in 1967. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1970. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of New York, before the United States District Court in the Northern District of New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Gingold has practiced law for over thirty years and over the years has extensively and almost exclusively practiced in all matters of Family and Matrimonial Law. He has lectured his peers on numerous matters dealing with domestic relations issues and also on ethics and professional responsibility. He has lectured and written for the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association and the Syracuse University College of Law.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Family Law Section; the New York State Bar Association and its Family Law Section and its Executive Committee, as well as being a member of its Committee on Professional Discipline and its Committee on Courthouse Facilities and a former member of the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates; the Onondaga County Bar Association and its Family Law Section, and where he has been a past president and officer of its Board of Directors, and a former chairman of numerous of its commitees. He is a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation, a former member of the Fifth Judicial District Grievance Committee of the Fourth Department Appellate Division, and a former member of the Executive Council of the New York State Conference of Bar Leaders.

He has appeared in "Who’s Who in American Law" and in "International Who's Who of Professionals". Currently he is a member of the Public Advisory Council of the State of New York Commission on Ethics and has served on and continues to serve on numerous Boards of Directors of various civic organizations.

JON W. BRENIZER, graduated from Syracuse University in 1969. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1971. He is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of New York, and before the United States District Court in the Northern District of New York.

Mr. Brenizer has practiced exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations and Family Law for the past twenty-six years and has lectured and written in this field for both the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association on matrimonial practice skills, divorce, separation agreements, Family Court Practice, custody and visitation, and ethics. He has also lectured for the Children First Program.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a past member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section and a past member of the Mediation Committee of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and its Family Law Section. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Onondaga Pastoral Counseling Center, and a past member of the Official Board of the West Genesee United Methodist Church.

Mr. Brenizer has two daughters, both of whom are now married, and one granddaughter. During their formative years he was active in their scholastic, athletic, and religious upbringing, and is proud of their development as mature, independent young women. He values his relationship with his children and strives to protect such relationships of his clients.

ARLENE BRADSHAW, graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1982, and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1998. She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of New York, and before the United States District Court in the Northern District of New York.

Ms. Bradshaw has practiced exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations and Family Law since she was admitted to practice in 1998. She is a court appointed Law Guardian for Family Court. She is a member of the New York State Law Guardian Program and has participated in Children First seminars.
